Gatik Recognized by Forbes As One of America’s Best
Startup Employers 2022
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. – March 8, 2022 – Gatik, the market leader in middle mile logistics, today announced it has been named to Forbes’ list of America’s Best Startup Employers 2022. This prestigious list showcases the highest ranking companies in the country based on criteria including employee satisfaction, employer reputation and company growth.
“We are honored to be recognized by Forbes as one of the top ranking employers in
the country,” said Gautam Narang, CEO and co-founder, Gatik. “In the past 12 months, our world-class team has achieved a number of significant milestones including our world-first fully driverless operations with Walmart in Arkansas. I’m incredibly proud of the commitment, passion and drive shown by every single member of the team in helping Gatik achieve its goals, and continue to redefine the short-haul B2B logistics sector.”
GAmerica’s Best Startup Employers were selected based on an innovative methodology developed by Forbes and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. Employer excellence was evaluated in three ways:
- Employee Satisfaction: extensive research was conducted on ‘Average Length of Employment’ and ‘Online Employer Reviews’.
- Employer Reputation: company specific information was algorithmically extracted from social media channels such as news sites, micro-blogs, blogs and social networks.
- Company Growth: comprehensive evaluations of ‘Website Traffic’, ‘Headcount Growth Rates’, and ‘Industry-Referenced Job Openings’.
To be considered for the ranking, employers need to have a headquarters in the US, and be founded between 2012 and 2019. The final list recognizes the top 500 companies based on over 8 million data points and can be found here.
